Drying
In the drying process, we use highly efficient industrial drying equipment combined with modern infrared or convective heating technology, which provides fast and uniform drying of metal surfaces through precise control of temperature, air velocity and time. This type of drying ensures that the surface of the workpiece is completely free of residual moisture or water stains, thus providing an excellent basis for subsequent processing steps.

Precise control
By using a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) in conjunction with sensors, we are able to precisely control the parameters of the drying process (e.g. temperature, time, humidity). This precise control system ensures consistent drying results from batch to batch, thus guaranteeing consistency and high quality in the subsequent processing steps.
Multiple heating technologies
Our drying process combines the advantages of infrared heating and convection heating. Infrared heating allows the energy to reach the metal surface and evaporate water quickly, while convection heating ensures even drying of all corners of the workpiece by circulating hot air. This combination of heating methods makes it possible to achieve dead-zone-free drying even in complex shapes.
