Sealing

Through a series of precise process controls and rigorous quality inspections, we ensure that each product meets high standards during the sealing process. Whether applied for dust and water resistance in machinery or for permanent bonding of structural components, our sealing technology can meet the demands of various complex scenarios, providing reliable, high-quality sheet metal processing solutions.

The sealing process

Precise sealing

In the formal sealing process, we use automated and semi-automated sealing equipment to ensure uniformity and precision of the adhesive line. Our equipment allows for precise control over the width, thickness, and amount of adhesive, ensuring each seal meets the product design specifications. The sealing path and adhesive volume are programmatically controlled, eliminating errors associated with manual operation and providing a high level of consistency and repeatability throughout the sealing process.

Curing

After sealing, the adhesive requires a designated curing period to achieve optimal mechanical properties and bonding strength. Based on the characteristics of different adhesives—such as silicone, polyurethane, or epoxy—we select suitable curing conditions, including room temperature curing or heat curing. For products requiring rapid production, we use heat-curing equipment to precisely control the temperature and curing time, accelerating the curing process and enhancing bonding performance.

Material Selection and Application

The selection of sealing materials is crucial in the sealing process, and we choose the appropriate adhesive based on the product’s application. Commonly used sealing materials include the following:

  • Silicone Sealant: Known for its excellent weather resistance and UV protection, it is commonly used for sealing outdoor sheet metal structures.
  • Polyurethane Sealant: With high strength and good elasticity, it is suitable for bonding structural components and for vibration-damping and soundproofing applications.
  • Epoxy Resin Adhesive: Used in scenarios requiring high-strength bonding, ideal for permanent metal-to-metal adhesion.
