Curing

In the spraying process of sheet metal processing, the baking process is a critical step to ensure the final curing and stable performance of the coating. Baking melts and chemically cross-links the sprayed powder coating through high temperature to form a dense, abrasion- and corrosion-resistant protective coating. This step directly affects the adhesion, surface finish and durability of the coating.

Technical Advantages

Precise temperature and time control

With modern curing equipment, we are able to precisely control temperature and time, ensuring consistent coating quality from batch to batch and avoiding inconsistent quality due to temperature fluctuations.

Highly efficient automated production

The curing process is highly automated and combined with a conveyor system allows for high volume continuous production. Each part is precisely cured to ensure an optimal balance between yield and quality.

Highly durable coating

During the baking process, the coating completes the transformation from a powder state to a solid protective film with excellent impact resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. The cured coating is able to maintain excellent protection in harsh environments for a long period of time, prolonging the service life of the product.

Excellent coating appearance and surface quality

Through the optimized control of temperature and leveling time, the surface of the coating is smooth and has good decorative properties, and it can achieve different effects such as high-gloss and matte according to customers’ demands.

Application scenario

  • Mechanical equipment housings:  Bake-cured sheet metal parts have excellent wear and corrosion resistance and are suitable for high-strength mechanical environments.
  • Exterior components of buildings:  Sheet metal components of buildings need to be exposed to harsh climate for a long time, and the baking-cured coating can effectively extend the service life of the components.
  • Automotive industry components:After the baking process, the sheet metal parts can be used for the surface coating of body parts, with good protective and decorative properties.
